2024-2025 Board of Directors
Six Board members provide policy direction for TRIO. Two each are elected by Municipalities Newfoundland & Labrador (MNL) and by the Professional Municipal Administrators (PMA). In turn, MNL and PMA each appoint one additional member. Elected members serve for three years and are eligible for re-election. Appointments are for one year, and can be renewed.
The Board may also appoint qualified individuals to serve as Directors-at-Large. Such appointments are for up to three years. Directors-at-Large enjoy all of the rights and privileges of board membership.
